The University’s Manzini campus was buzzing with energy as we welcomed our new first-year students on Monday 9 September 2024. The day, which commenced with a devotion, was packed with informative presentations by the University Management, including the inspiring welcome address by the Vice Chancellor. The Student Representative Council and financial institutions also rendered their presentations on this first day. Our freshmen had the opportunity to connect with their peers, meet University management and some staff members.
The enthusiasm and curiosity displayed by our new students were truly inspiring. SANU prioritizes orientation of the freshmen as it helps students acclimate to their new academic environment and understand campus resources, which can significantly ease the transition into Higher Education. It fosters connections with peers and faculty, laying the groundwork for a supportive and engaging Higher Education experience.
