Master of Science in Nursing Orientation

On March 22, 2025, Southern Africa Nazarene University’s (SANU) Faculty of Health Sciences held an orientation program for students pursuing  a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). The goal of the event was to familiarize students with the university’s curriculum, rules, and regulations, as well as the faculty. The Acting Faculty Dean, Dr. Bongani Sibandze, welcomed the students.

The event featured presentations from faculty members, who provided insights into the program’s structure and the various opportunities available for research and clinical practice. Students were also encouraged to engage with their peers and ask questions to better understand the expectations and resources at their disposal. Additionally, the IT Director gave instructions on how to utilize the university’s student software to improve their educational experience. Overall, the orientation set a positive tone for the semester ahead, fostering a sense of community and collaboration among the new cohort. The session was concluded with a networking event, allowing students to mingle with peers and staff members.
