Southern Africa Nazarene University Holds Graduation Ceremony for the 2024 Class.

Graduation is a significant event in the academic calendar of Southern African Nazarene University in 2025, during which students receive their diplomas and degrees that they have worked diligently to achieve. Graduation is, in fact, the culmination of numerous years of personal sacrifice and hard work that have established the groundwork for successful and inspiring careers.

The 15th graduation ceremony of the Southern African Nazarene University (SANU) was conducted at the Free Evangelical Assemblies (FEA) Church in Ngwane Park on April 11, 2025. Across a diverse array of academic fields, 430 graduates are receiving diplomas, degrees, and certificates. The students commemorate the culmination of their hard work and dedication at the event, which serves as a significant milestone.

Dr. Loren Gresham, University Chancellor (virtual); Dr. Faith Mlotsa-Mngomezulu, Vice Chancellor; Hon. Minister of Education and Training, represented by the ministry’s Under Secretary Lungelo Nhlengethwa; Board of Governors, Rev. Solomon Ndlovu, Nazarene Africa South Field Strategic Coordinator; and university officers, Deans, Directors, and staff members were all present to honor the ceremony.

The significance of the event was emphasized by the presence of these distinguished guests, which underscored the university’s dedication to academic excellence and community engagement. The atmosphere was infused with a sense of optimism and inspiration for the future of the students and the institution as the speakers shared their insights and encouragement.

A highlight of the event was a compelling message of inspiration delivered by renowned entrepreneur and thought leader Dr. Reuel Jethro Khoza, who encouraged graduates to step into the world as agents of transformation. Minister of Education and Training Mr Owen Nxumalo, speaking through the ministry’s Under Secretary Lungelo Nhlengethwa at Southern Africa Nazarene University’s 15th graduation ceremony, encouraged graduates to see the completion of their current studies as the beginning of a broader quest for knowledge and self-improvement.
