The Honourable Minister of Education and Training, Mr Owen Nxumalo, visited the Manzini campus

The Honourable Minister of Education and Training, Mr Owen Nxumalo, visited the Manzini campus of the Southern Africa Nazarene University (SANU), accompanied by the Indvuna Yenkhundla for Manzini South, Mr Mvila, and a delegation from the Ministry. He was welcomed by the Chairperson of the SANU Board of Governors, Mr Sibusiso Ntshalintshali, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Faith Mlotsa-Mngomezulu, Members of the Board, and the University’s Executive Management. During his tour of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Education, and student halls of residence, the Minister gained valuable insight into SANU’s academic programs and facilities. He was later briefed on the University’s strategic direction and commended its leadership for their commitment to the institution’s development. The Hon. Minister, Nxumalo, pledged continued support for SANU and urged the University to tap into emerging market needs by considering rolling out in-demand programmes like those in the TVET space.
