University to Host First Fundraising Gala Dinner

MANZINI – Southern Africa Nazarene University (SANU) will, on Saturday of the 22nd June 2019, host a Fundraising Gala Dinner. The dinner is organized to kick start a long journey of resource mobilization as per the University’s 2020 Strategic, the Vice Chancellor Prof. Winnie Nhlengethwa stated.

The goal of the fundraising initiatives is to raise funds to provide support for capital projects, infrastructure, and academic priorities of the University. The first fundraising initiative will address the emerging need for qualified and competent teachers and nurse specialists in the Science disciplines.

The first resources mobilization initiative is to host a fundraising dinner on 22ndJune 2019 at the Metropolitan Evangelical Church, Fairview South in Manzini. This event will begin at 1800 hrs.

The public, students, Alumni and all organizations including churches are requested to support in any means possible. Individuals can support by buying tickets to the dinner at E300.00 only. Organisation including churches can purchase a table for 10 people at E3,000 for the general category, E5,000.00 for Silver, E7,000.00 for Gold and E10,000.00 for platinum. Tickets are available at SANU Administration Offices in Manzini and the Siteki Campuse. The Guest speaker for this exciting event will be Mr. Nick Jackson, Managing Director of the Royal Swaziland Sugar Corporation. Other prominent figures that will keep our Guests mesmerized during the event include; Dr. Alex Tsela of Mzansi Solutions & Innovation, who is a Liswati by birth and Mr. Alex Mngomezulu of SWAKI Group. The host of this Gala Dinner is the Vice Chancellor of SANU, Prof Winnie Nhlengethwa.
